About Timberlake's Land Bank

Timberlake’s Land Bank is a small privately owned business that specialises in sourcing “off market” residential development opportunities for over 500 clients.

Geographically we cover four main areas of the UK including London and the South East, Birmingham and the Midlands, Manchester and the North West and West/South Yorkshire.

Our aim is to provide our clients with around 400 development opportunities a year. We are constantly searching for land with residential planning permission (or pending planning permissions) and also brownfield sites which have future development potential.
