At any one time we aim to have more than 100 pieces of land available and these are displayed on the numerous pages below. Terms and Conditions: Timberlake’s Land Bank is committed to sourcing 400 development opportunities a year for serious fair-minded developers. We work on an “introduction fee” basis and this will be shown in any correspondence that we send to you in relation to the sites you request. Our subscription fee covers the costs of sourcing land development opportunities including staff costs, copying plans, phone calls, emails, printing and postage along with the costs and time associated with site visits and meetings with site owners. Each request for details of a site will attract a subscription fee of £7.50 plus VAT but this is wholly deductable from any introduction fees payable in due course. The subscription fee will be invoiced at the end of every month on 30 day payment terms.
